More 550

Had a chance to spend some time in the garage last night. The kerosene heater was working extra hard but it made things liveable. I test fit the points advancer and everything looks good. I also pulled a second 650 crank from another engine I had that was in better shape so I got to mock the crank and primary gears up in the 550 case. I've been running a 12 volt fence battery in this bike for a while and it's tiny and awesome but doesn't give you the amps you need to run a starter, henceforth all of the electric starter components are going in the garbage on this build. On the primary shaft of the 550 there is a starter gear and clutch that are pretty heavy so hopefully ditching those helps this thing climb rpms a little faster . . . . . .

Removed this beast from the primary shaft.
